Oak wood is planed and wet-sanded with shellac to an ultra smooth finish before CNC router shapes the tag. Your inscription is then laser engraved and the lettering is paint filled by hand. Several layers of spray lacquer finish the wood to seal and protect. You can even add a small icon like paw print, bone, heart or fire hydrant.
